Our integration massages incorporate deep tissue, sports massage, body mobilization, stretching, cupping, and/or Asian body work therapies customized to what your body needs in the moment. Can be a full body massage with focused detail work or narrowed to just those areas that need attention. A consultation will always precede our integration massages so we can best give you exactly what you need. 90-95 minutes, $130 gratuity included
